19/12: Envisioning Winter Retreat

ENVISIONING

by The Skin Company × The Journey × Yoga met Jade

Winter Day Retreat · Saturday 19 December · 10:00 AM · Ostend

❄️ A day to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with yourself.

Life often moves faster than we can keep up with. We move from one thing to the next, filling our days with responsibilities, plans and expectations, leaving little room to pause and check in with ourselves.

Yet, sometimes, what we need most isn't to do more, but to give ourselves permission to do less.

This winter, we're inviting you to step away from the everyday rush and make space for yourself.

SLOWING DOWN is the Winter edition of our SEASONAL SERIES: four retreats throughout the year, each inspired by the energy of the season and centred around a different theme.

As nature slows down and turns inward, winter offers an opportunity to do the same. A moment to pause, listen to what you need, and reflect on where your energy is going.

Through yoga, psychology-based reflection, intentional journaling, nourishing food, moments of connection and optional massages, we'll create space to step out of autopilot, reconnect with yourself and explore what it means to slow down in a way that feels right for you.

No pressure to be productive, make plans or figure everything out. Just a day to pause, breathe and be present.

As an attendee of the Seasonal Series, you'll also receive priority booking for our following editions.

YOUR DAY

🧘🏼‍♀️ 60-minute Yoga Session @YogametJade

Start the day by stepping out of your head and reconnecting with your body through mindful movement.

This gentle yoga session will invite you to slow your breathing, release physical tension and create space to simply be present, without needing to achieve anything.

No previous yoga experience is needed. Just come as you are.

🧠 2.5-hour Slowing Down Workshop & Intentional Journaling @MF

Led by psychologist and personal alignment coach Marie-Filique, this interactive group workshop combines evidence-based psychology, coaching tools and guided journaling.

Together, we'll explore why slowing down can feel difficult, what keeps us caught in the busyness of everyday life, and how our habits, thoughts and expectations influence the way we spend our time and energy.

Through guided reflection and intentional journaling, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with your needs, reflect on what deserves your attention, and explore small, realistic ways to create more space in your everyday life.

You'll have plenty of time to reflect at your own pace, using The Journal: Self-Discovery Edition (retail value €29.99) as your guide.
